Q: What’s the difference between the 200 and 600 series?
The 200 Series Small Lapel Mic is a little smaller than 2 AAA batteries. The wire starts at the radio goes to the mic and then to the ear.
The 600 Series Large Lapel Mic is a little larger than 2 AA batteries. The wire starts at the radio and has 2 wires. One goes to the mic and the other directly to the ear.

Q: How long does it take to receive my online order?
Typically, the default option, USPS Priority arrives in California in 1-3 days and outside of California 3-5 days (but that is not a guaranty).
Q: I just received a new device and the sound is muffled.
This is a common problem that is usually easy to fix. Most often it is caused by some debris (ear wax) that has become logged in the ear tip and is blocking sound. Simply remove the stock or custom ear tip and remove the obstruction with low pressure compressed air like “Canned Air”. Warm water works too but be sure to dry the ear tip out completely before placing back on the unit.
