Warranty & Repairs
PCL will repair product(s) at no charge during the twelve (12) month warranty period beginning with the date on your invoice. Repairs for product(s) damaged in physical incidents or repairs not attributable to materials or workmanship will be charged.
Note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping product(s) back to PCL is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns will not be accepted if not accompanied with the issued RMA number.

Repairs on product(s) beyond the twelve (12) month warranty period may be available at a charge.
If failure mode is determined to be a non-warranty problem, product(s) will be returned to the customer. At PCL’s discretion, minor work may be performed after contact is made with the customer to ensure an understanding of how the failure occurred.
Warranty will be voided in any case of alteration of product (e.g. cut cable, color change, etc.)
